Quality Assurance is applied to every aspect of our business management. Our aim is to ensure the complete satisfaction for customers’ through meeting their requirements in a consistent and reproducible manner and only supplying quality office furniture, equipment and consumables and services which are aimed at exceeding the requirements and expectations of our customers.

We are committed to continually improving the effectiveness of the quality management system through the use of the quality policy, quality objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive action, and management review.

This will be achieved by seeking our customers and employee’s views and ideas on the effectiveness and improvement of our Quality Management System and providing all employees with the training, resources and the support needed to supply these quality products and services to customers.

To enable us to achieve this standard, our customers’ perceptions of Premier Office Supplies Ltd will be measured and reviewed along with other stated objectives during Quality Management System Review Meetings.

Meaningful quality objectives will be set through the framework of the Management Review, and to ensure that they are tracked and reviewed through the Quality Management System Planning programme.

All employees are encouraged to realise their full potential. To this end the Quality Policy and quality objectives will be properly communicated to all employees who will be given individual responsibility and accountability for the Quality Management System.

Each new employee is provided with a copy of the quality policy as part of the induction programme. All employees are issued with a copy of the quality policy whenever it is changed or amended.

This quality policy is displayed as a symbol of Premier Office Supplies commitment and is available to interested parties on request.

The quality policy is reviewed for continuing suitability annually at the Management Review meeting which is held at least once per year
